In this program we work with women before and after delivery, with a focus on strengthening the core and pelvic muscles that have become weakened during pregnancy. Strengthening these muscles gives women a strong, stable base from which to move. This will help to reduce or eliminate pain during tasks like lifting, reaching and bending. Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles can help improve sexual satisfaction and prevent incontinence.
