Vighetti & Associates Sports Physical Therapy is located in St. Augustine, FL. Our practice utilizes a customized approach to each patient and their specific Physical Therapy needs. Getting our patients better and back to their everyday life as soon as possible is our primary goal. We are committed to our patients. With dedicated, full-hour, 1-on-1 sessions, we develop a relationship and trusting environment for our patients to ensure they are treated by the same physical therapist every time.  Our emphasis is on hands-on manual physical therapy supplemented by exercise.

In order to keep the rates low and the quality of care high, we do not accept insurance. As an added benefit, you are able to be seen for physical therapy without a referral from your physician. This gives you the opportunity to receive physical therapy treatment in a more timely manner and allows you to return to your active lifestyle quicker than ever.
